The present Report on the Telecommunications Market, hereinafter referred to as “the Report”, is the fourth such report prepared by the Regulator. Pursuant to the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws No. 171, item 1800, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act or the TL, the obligation to publish the report on an annual basis is vested in the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
